• The 3-night package prices cover the period from June 11, 2026 (check-in date) to June 14, 2026 (check-out date).
• The above-mentioned prices include a 2% housing VAT and a 10% VAT.
• Housing fees are offered as package prices and cannot be divided. Should you require an exception, we kindly ask you to contact us directly.
• Payments will be accepted by credit card (in Turkish Lira) and in cash (in Euro or Turkish Lira).

Full payments must be made by June 10, 2026 to benefit from advance fees. Otherwise, prices will be converted to standard period.

• All transfer fees include 20% VAT.
• Transfer fees include transportation from either Istanbul Airport or Sabiha Gökçen Airport to the Congress Hotel and back.
• Transfer details must be submitted in writing to Unicon Mice officials at least 7 days before the start of the meeting. You may send your transfer information to iartistanbul@uniconmice.com .
