
Abstract Submission Guidelines – iARTIST 2026
We warmly invite you to submit your work for presentation at the iARTIST – International Advanced Radiotherapy Techniques Symposium, taking place 11–13 June 2026 in Istanbul, Turkiye.
Please read the guidelines carefully before preparing your abstract. Submissions not meeting the requirements may be returned or rejected.
Abstract Preparation
- Length: Maximum 3,500 characters, excluding title, authors, and tables/figures.
- Authors & Affiliations: List all authors with institutional affiliations. The presenting author must be clearly indicated.
- Keywords: Maximum 300 characters in total; minimum of one keyword required.
- Figures/Tables: Up to 5 figures or tables may be included. Captions should be concise and placed directly below each figure/table.
- Content Structure: Abstracts should generally include:

Materials and Methods
Results
Conclusion
Presentation Types
Authors may indicate a preference for:
Oral Presentation
Poster Presentation
The final presentation type will be determined by the Scientific Committee.

Abstracts should be submitted under one of the following scientific categories (a detailed list will be provided on the submission platform):
- Stereotactic Radiotherapy & Radiosurgery
- Adaptive Radiotherapy
- Brachytherapy
- Reirradiation
- Imaging and Image-Guided Radiotherapy
- Particle Therapy & FLASH
- Radiotherapy and Immunotherapy
- Oligometastatic Disease
- Artificial Intelligence & Big Data in Radiotherapy

Rules and Policies
Originality: Submitted abstracts must be original and not previously published or presented at another international meeting.
Review Process: All abstracts will be peer-reviewed by members of the Scientific Committee.
Acceptance Notification: Authors will be informed of acceptance/rejection via email. Detailed presentation instructions will follow.
Registration: At least one author must register for the congress by the early registration deadline for the abstract to be included in the final programme.
Publication: Accepted abstracts will be published in the official abstract book of iARTIST 2026.
Withdrawal Policy: Abstracts may be withdrawn only by written request to the congress secretariat before 15 March 2026.
Technical Information
Submission Platform: All abstracts must be submitted electronically through the online submission system available at www.iartistanbul.com. Submissions via email will not be accepted.
Editing Abstracts: After submission, abstracts can be edited until the deadline (15 February 2026, 23:59 CET). No changes will be allowed after this date.
